I’ve been involved in extreme sports my entire life. I grew up ski racing, professionally raced downhill mountain bikes for years, and now race sport bikes. I also ride motocross and flat track, snowboard, surf, and skydive. I have a B.S. in Kinesiology and am a NSCA Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist and NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist.


With the highest of highs, comes the lowest of lows. I’ve trained myself through a number of big injuries, and I work with riders to get them back to riding faster and stronger than they were before.
